Return Policy

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, with intact stickers, and free from wear, scratches, or smudges. The bracelet must remain unaltered. Original packaging and proof of purchase are required.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vintmod.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at support@vintmod.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast handling. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once processing has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
